Mystery Dinner Theater

Oakmont United Methodist Church will host its 18th mystery dinner theater production with shows on Friday, Feb. 10 at 6 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 11 at noon and Sunday, Feb. 12 at 5 p.m. Dinner shows are $17 and lunch $12, with the money going to mission.

A Perilous Night At Pirate’s Perch takes place at a pirate themed inn on the coast of Maine.    Intrigues and secret motives result in murder.  Tables of 8 try to solve the mystery.   Everyone at the table who accurately guesses first wins a prize.

Proceeds from the show will go to Imagine No Malaria, Missionary Tina Whitehead, Verona Summer Camp and Bethany House will benefit. The church’s United Methodist Women unit covers the cost of the food. 

The dinner menu is salad, boneless marinated chicken breast, potatoes, vegetable, rolls, dessert and beverage.   The luncheon menu is chicken, ham or egg salad on a croissant, salad, dessert and beverage served homestyle.
